The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The room wassuper clean and cozy. The hotel is conveniently located near the main street and metro station, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the surprise they arranged for my partner's birthday, it made our stay extra special.

This hotel in the Nisantasi area of Istanbul has so many great things going for it! the rooms are spacious, clean, and even come with a kitchen for added convenience. I loved being able to prepare my own meals whenever I wanted. Secondly, the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the location is perfect. Situated in a large shopping area, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby to explore. Plus, the hotel is centrally close to Istanbul congress center, making it a great choice for those attending events.

I had a pleasant stay at a conveniently located hotel near Osmanbey metro station. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities like a microwave, fridge, and kettle. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, yet surrounded by cafes, bars, and restaurants. The receptionist, Murat, was friendly and helpful, organizing a taxi for me at a good price. I also enjoyed the complementary Turkish delight package.

While the breakfast had a good quality, the options were limited and repetitive. there were some issues with the bathroom door not providing enough privacy and the lack of exhaust fans causing discomfort with odors in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right off the main shopping area of Nistantasi and centrally close to Istanbul congress center. The hotel is also near Osmanbey metro station, making it easy to explore this city. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile. We stayed at a hotel down the hill, which was very close to the metro station. The location was perfect for exploring the city and visiting nearby attractions. The room had a cozy and welcoming feel, overlooking an urban garden. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel at home and helping us with any issues. The breakfast buffet on the top floor offered a large spread and stunning views of the city.

The walls in the room were quite thin, and we could hear conversations and noises from our neighbors.
